Content Ownership

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content (text, images, logos) you provide for your website. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with any other party's use of our services.

Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.
  • Payment Schedule: Payment is typically required upfront for one-time website projects. Monthly care plans are billed monthly in advance.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once work has commenced, refunds may be prorated based on work completed.

Delivery and Timeline

We strive to deliver projects within the estimated timeframe (typically 3-7 days). However, delivery times are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and other factors beyond our control.

Delays caused by client-side factors (late content delivery, extended approval times, scope changes) may extend the project timeline.

Revisions and Changes

Our packages include a reasonable number of revision rounds:

  • Minor text and image changes are included
  • Major design overhauls or scope changes may incur additional fees
  • Excessive revision requests beyond normal scope may be subject to additional charges

Intellectual Property

Ownership Transfer

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final website design and content. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

Third-Party Assets

Any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) used in your website are subject to their respective licenses. You are responsible for maintaining any ongoing licenses required.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that:

  • Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Your website will achieve specific business results or rankings
  • All defects will be corrected immediately

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keystone Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

  • You are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
  • We will provide you with all completed work and assets
  • Monthly care plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
